The latest globetrotter to stopover on the UAE shores is ‘Citadel’ star Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who posted a landing shot on Instagram. The news comes shortly after a picture book-number of posts on her fairy-tale Diwali party that had A-listers such as Mindy Kaling, Lilly Singh and John Legend and Chrissy Teigen in attendance.

Jacqueline Fernandez was in full vacation mode in Dubai. In an Instagram post on November 12, the actress shared pictures from the pool side. She captioned her post: “pool baby.” Dressed in a blue swimsuit and with the Dubai skyline in the background, it seemed the perfect way to spend the day.

Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, her sister Khushi and their film producer father Boney Kapoor visited Expo 2020 Dubai and the Indian pavilion there. The Indian pavilion’s official YouTube channel shared a video of the family visit to the location. “The #IndiaPavilion perfectly encapsulates what our nation stands for; everything we are proud of and everything we aspire to be — Ms. Janhvi Kapoor, Bollywood actress, during her visit to the #IndiaPavilion of #Expo2020Dubai,” read the description for the video posted on November 11.

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan recently headed to the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, for an advertising job. But he stopped at the viewing deck to go fan boy for a moment. He posted a photo from the At The Top observation deck, calling it a ‘breathtaking sight’. Earlier, it was rumoured that Roshan was in the UAE to film for his upcoming movie ‘Vikram Vedha’, a Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil film of the same name.

‘Men in Black’ alumni Will Smith is taking on a weight-loss challenge — and filming it for posterity. Smith has been shooting his Youلإube documentary ‘Best Shape of My Life’ where he tries to drop 20 pounds in 20 weeks. The two-minute trailer of the movie is out and shows Smith playing golf, doing yoga and riding a bike.

Mahira Khan and Ahad Raza Mir are Pakistan’s Expo 2020 Dubai pavilion ambassadors. Khan said, “I feel so proud to be the official Pavilion Ambassador. It’s been such a pleasure going around the Pavilion from the landscapes to the rich history and the diversity you see, you will be amazed at what all Pakistan has to offer. It really is a Hidden Treasure.” She added, “This is a commendable initiative made by the Ministry of Commerce in collaboration with the amazing talent in Pakistan.” Last week, both actors were at Dubai’s Filmfare Middle East Achievers Night.

Ahad Raza Mir was speechless after he visited Expo 2020 Dubai. He said, “Honestly, I am speechless. I thought that I have seen a lot of Pakistan in my work but after going through the Pavilion today, I realised how much there is left to explore. I think this whole initiative of the Government is fantastic. I am just very proud today and the pavilion gave me the feeling of Pakistan that I always wanted to see and the Pakistan I believe in.”
