Rapper 50 Cent will headline one of two days at RedFestDXB music festival next year, organisers announced on Monday.
Singer and X Factor judge Rita Ora, Dutch vocalist Eva Simons and DJ MistaJam are also part of the first wave of artists revealed.
The event is set to take place on February 11 and 12, and will once again be located in Dubai Media City Amphitheatre.
“We have surpassed ourselves in attracting some of the biggest, best and most exciting current artists,” said COO of Done Events Thomas Ovesen in a press release. He added that the complete line-up will have stars from “the pop, R ‘n’ B, hip hop and electronic music charts”.
This year’s edition of the festival was headlined by Irish pop-rock band The Script and Australian rapper Iggy Azalea. In 2014, it was headlined by British singer-songwriter Jessie J and American indie band The Lumineers; it also had Ora as a support act.
