Expo 2020 Dubai official tickets will be available for customers to purchase at all Zoom convenience stores across the UAE starting September 10.
Zoom has been appointed as an Authorised Ticket Reseller for Expo 2020 Dubai in UAE, with tickets available for customers to purchase across all stores; including standalone stores, convenience stores across ENOC and EPPCO’s service stations, and stores located on the Dubai Metro network, making ZOOM one of the major ticket resellers in the UAE for the event.
Expo 2020 Dubai will open on October 1, 2021, and is expected to host millions of visitors across its six-month run. Zoom will offer all three tiers of tickets to the mega-event: one-day tickets (Dh95); multi-day tickets (Dh195), which offer unrestricted access for 30 consecutive days; and the season pass (Dh495), with unlimited entry for the entire six months of Expo 2020.
Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC, said: “For over 25 years, we’ve been able to connect members of the community with large-scale events such as the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises; both of which have significantly shaped the tourism and retail sectors of our country. These successful partnerships are a testament to the value that we will bring to Expo 2020 Dubai as an Authorised Ticket Reseller, by offering easy access for the public to buy tickets for this much-anticipated global event.
“According to our recent studies, on an average, a customer visits our service stations up to eight times a month to fill up fuel, visit our Zoom store or opt for automotive services, enabling us to achieve over 100 million transactions in 2020. This is a significant footfall that highlights the strength of our network and an opportunity we will leverage to strengthen our efforts to drive Expo 2020 Dubai ticket sales.”
With a network of over 237 outlets in the UAE, Zoom previously started the sale of Expo-branded souvenirs including pins, magnets, stickers, keychains, notebooks, mugs, T-shirts, coffee, date bars and camel soap.
ZOOM has a variety of formats from service station, C-stores, to mini marts, Dubai Metro stores, up to large scale standalone supermarkets located in a number of residential communities and high-end locations, such as Burj Khalifa, Burj Gate and Burj Al Salam.
