Ingredients
6 satsumas, peeled and halved
1 tbsp chopped stem ginger
3 tbsp stem ginger syrup
½ tbsp demerara sugar
Large pinch ground cinnamon
Method
1. Place satsumas in a flameproof dish. Spoon over ginger and syrup, then sprinkle over sugar and cinnamon.
2. Grill for 4-5 minutes until golden.
