SHAH RUKH KHAN CELEBRATES A CINEMATIC MILESTONE: It's not often that a filmmaker and their cast get to celebrate a film that continues to charm. The Bollywood trio of Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, and filmmaker Karan Johar did just that when they surprised their fans at a special screening of the 1998 blockbuster 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai,' which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. The team collectively referred to it as an emotion rather than just a film. Johar wrote, "25 years ago is where it all began, and today we're here celebrating not just a film, but an EMOTION for me, and judging by the love we still receive, it seems like it's an emotion for everyone else too." This was one of the few love stories that have stood the test of time. The tale of two best buddies from college (Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol) reconnecting in their adulthood and finding love continues to be one of Bollywood’s feel-good films. This milestone is also a nod to the enduring magic of cinema and how Shah Rukh can still make us believe in the power of love transcending all. (By Manjusha Radhakrishnan, Entertainment Editor)
