    As Dubai prepares to host the upcoming global climate summit COP 28 in the UAE, the 64-storey Wasl Tower is the epitome of what the country is hoping to achieve in terms of sustainability.     Slated to be completed by Q3 2024, the tower will stand 302 metres tall when complete. The massive mixed-use project will span a built-up area of around 167,733 square metres and will feature apartments, offices, restaurants and a Mandarin Oriental hotel, along with a swimming pool.
