Chrissy Teigen (@chrissyteigen): The American model, TV host, author and fan-proclaimed queen of social media is a hoot in any season. But during these grim times, she’s also our go-to gal to serve us a cup of cheer through her whip sharp banter with husband John Legend, along with button cute videos of her two kids, Miles and Luna. And when she’s not posting about family, she merrily takes on US President Donald Trump and internet trolls. During the US lockdown, a bored Teigen asked folks to share pictures of the insides of their pantries so she could whip up a few recipes. Did we fail to mention, she’s also a kitchen diva?

Miley Cyrus (@mileycyrus): The wild child of music may have had a rough few months, what with her split with husband Liam Hemsworth, but Cyrus isn’t one to mope around. As soon as social distancing became the call of the hour, Cyrus took to Instagram to launch ‘Bright Minded: Live with Miley’. Streaming from Monday to Friday, Cyrus interviews different celebrities how share how to ‘stay lit’ during these dark times. Previous guests have included Demi Lovato, Rita Ora, Hailey Bieber, Reese Witherspoon and others.

Madonna (@madonna): Yes, we are as surprised as you. But the queen of pop sure knows how to rock things up through her ‘Quarantine Diaries’, an almost daily Instagram feed that takes viewers through her highs and… highs. If she’s not being creative while banging away at her trusty typewriter, Madonna will grab a makeshift mic (her hairbrush) to entertain fans with a rendition of ‘Let’s Go Eat Some Fried Fish’ at 3am. No, we aren’t making this up.

Charli XCX (@charli_xcx): The singer knows how to keep her humour intact while self-isolating. Taking a page out of Miley Cyrus’ diary, Charli kicked off her quarantine with special streams featuring her celebrity friends. There was that ‘personal training session’ with Diplo, followed by a chat with Rita Ora about feeling lonely. On March 30, Charli announced a new set of livestreams that will feature stars including Tove Lo, Orville Peck and many more.

John Krasinski (@johnkrasinski): Fans, including us, were gutted when ‘A Quiet Place 2’ was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. But when life gives him lemons, Krasinski sure knows how to turn it into lemonade. The Hollywood star took to his Instagram feed on March 30 to give us a sneak preview of his new talk show that he’s put together in self-quarantine, titled ‘Some Good News’. The show, which is free to air online and linked in his Instagram bio, also gave us the much-needed uplift during these hard times – a mini ‘Office’ reunion with actor Steve Carrell. We can’t wait to see what else he has in store for us.

Florence Pugh (@florencepugh): Even before ‘Little Women’ hit the screens, we already were championing Florence Pugh after her path-breaking turn in ‘Fighting with My Family’. The British actress is a revelation on screen and on her social media. Spending her time creatively during self-isolation, Pugh has kicked off her ‘Cooking With Flo’ series sharing recipes of dishes such as ratatouille and butternut squash soup, and whipping up homemade ice cream to impress us.

Arnold Schwarzenegger (@schwarzenegger): Life can never be a drag if you are Arnold Schwarzenegger. The actor and former California governor appears to be having the time of his life during his self-isolation, with a little help from his pony Whiskey and donkey Lulu. No, we couldn’t make this up even if we tried. His Instagram feed is filled with cute videos of his time in quarantine, with his trusty two pets for company. Their antics could melt even the coldest of hearts.
