‘Suits’ (Netflix): This legal series running for nine seasons has been around for some time but it doesn’t lose its edge primarily due to the principal cast. Actors Gabriel Macht, Patrick J Adams, Meghan Markle, Rick Hoffman, Sara Rafferty, and Gina Torres are sharp just like their power-suits. ‘Annaatthe’ (UAE cinemas): Now in its second week in UAE cinemas, ‘Annathe’ starring Rajinikanth as a protective brother is a must-watch. The iconic superstar is back in form here in this rural drama. Rajinikanth plays Kaalaiyan, a beloved patriarch of a village, who will go to any lengths to protect his sister from all evils. It’s a typical good vs evil drama, but Rajinikanth breathes life into an oft-narrated tale and template.
