The changes come with news of a coronavirus variant that has proved more transmissible and an uptick in COVID-19 numbers that comes from flouting the rules set earlier. As per the new rules, visitors and residents arriving in Dubai must download the Al Hosn app to be updated about their on-arrival COVID-19 tests.
