The DP World Tour team captained by Italian Guido Migliozzi and comprising amateurs Max Hamilton, Tim Wickman and Jillur Rahman won the morning shotgun of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship Pro-Am at Yas Links. Their winning score was 37-under.
This gave them a two-shot victory from the Miral Yas Links team, captained by Australian pro Min Woo Lee. The amateurs in the team were: Elliot Clarkson, Boris Krasnenkov and Liam Findlay.

Migliozzi’s team started on hole 8 and produced nines of 18-under and 19-under.
Third place went to the Abu Dhabi Sports Council 3 Team skippered by Northern Ireland’s star Rory McIlroy alongside amateurs Walid Al Attar, Sammy Eldin and Faisal Alsheikh with a score of 34-under.
In the afternoon, the HSBC 10 Team captained by Dane Rasmus Hojgaard prevailed. The winning score was 36-under with amateurs Jonathan Phillips, Paddy Clerkin and Ahmed Subaey on Hojgaard’s side.
Runners up on 35-under were HSBC 11 captained by South Africa’s Erik Van Rooyen with amateurs Ricky Dominguez, Paul Moore and Anil Taurani.
In third on 31-under par was Rolex 1, skippered by Aussie Adam Scott alongside Henry Kim, Tim Dever and Tim Varangis.
There were 20 teams in the morning and 21 teams in the afternoon with each team captained by one of the 132 pros in the field with three amateurs from sponsors and supporters making up the teams, including HSBC, Rolex, Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Fortinet, Miral Yas Links, Aldar, Hilton, DP World Tour, Hero, Emirates Golf Federation, Mediclinic, Nike, Genesis, and Adnoc.
