Dubai-based teenage sensation Chiara Noja will be joined by World No.8 Charley Hull and Major winner Georgia Hall in Riyadh this week, with the Aramco Saudi Ladies International Presented by PIF taking place in the capital for the first time from 15-18 February 2024.
The tournament, which has moved to Riyadh Golf Club from Royal Greens Golf Club in Jeddah, boasts a $5m prize purse that equals that of the men’s equivalent, attracting one of the strongest fields in women’s golf.
Noja, who recently passed her GCSE’s at GEMS FirstPoint School, is no stranger to getting her hands on silverware in the Kingdom after beating childhood hero Hull in a play-off at the 2022 Aramco Team Series Jeddah. The victory, which came at the tender age of just 16, saw her become the youngest European golfer to win a professional tour event.
The youngster will once again go up against Hull this week in the second event of the year on the Ladies European Tour schedule, with the latter excited to head back to Saudi Arabia after her impressive third-place finish at the Aramco Team Series presented by PIF – Riyadh.
"The opportunity to come back to Riyadh was one that I couldn’t turn down, as last time was such a memorable experience,” said Hull.
“On the course I played some exceptional golf, and this time I’m looking to do even better and leave with a trophy.”
Joining the duo will be Hall, who knows exactly what it takes to win in Saudi Arabia after victory at the 2022 edition.
"Winning the tournament in 2022 was certainly one of the highlights of my career so far, and it’s exciting to see how the Aramco Saudi Ladies International continues to evolve,” said Hall.
