The beach club fuses Asian and Polynesian flavours, and its interiors are inspired by the beauty of the Polynesian Islands.
At the heart of Kaimana Beach’s appeal is its dining experience, curated by renowned international chef Michael Collantes, who earned his first Michelin star for Soseki Modern Omasake in 2022.
With deep roots in Hawaii and over 20 years of experience working alongside culinary legends, he brings his expertise to Kaimana Beach's restaurant. The menu features a fusion of Asian and Polynesian flavors. It is a blend of his Hawaiian roots with global influences to create seasonal dishes that celebrate native Hawaiian ingredients.
Signature dishes include Escargots Malasadas, which are savoury doughnuts filled with snails and black truffle cream, Piña Colada oysters, braised beef cheek loco moco, pulpo anticuchero, coconut tapioca panna cotta, and lilikoi crème brûlée.
Nightlife at Kaimana Beach
As the sun sets, Kaimana Beach will transform into a lively nightlife destination, with live music, resident DJs, and a curated selection of cocktails. Signature cocktails include the Tribal Dance, Aloha Paloma, Hawaiian Sour, Samoan Treasure, Maui Mojito, and Toffee-tini.
Amenities at the beach club include private cabanas, poolside loungers, and beach access. Charges to book beach beds are fully redeemable on food and beverages.
